We always schedule in advance so there are no suprise visits; we also like to make sure someone is on all project sites that is either an owner or team leader. We never collect any money for services until our work is satisfactorily completed and approved for payment.

Once you have either called, emailed, or left a message, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a time to visit your property, do some measuring, and discuss your project in detail to provide an accurage estimate. We typically email you with a written quote but would be happy to provide a verbal estimate at any point in our meeting for you to consider your budget.

It will be an approximation of the project, including materials and scope of work. Estimates will help you to determine an appropriate budget for a particular project. It will include time, materials, overhead, and profit margins.

Quotes, on the other hand, are a fixed price but only for a specified time. A quote will be detailed and sometimes have exclusions, but will be a legal, binding price.
